Bastyr Chapel Wedding: Aaron & Tracy’s Wedding || Fine Art Photographer || Seattle
I remember when Tracy came to me and asked if I’ll photograph her wedding. I was thrilled to say the least! I knew Tracy as very nice, very reserved, very-very organized young lady and I was sure everything will work out in the best possible way. Was I nervous? Yes! I felt HUGE responsibility on my shoulders & mind due to the fact that The Day is the only day that I can capture their new beginning.
First, I went to photograph Tracy’s hair, make-up, and nails done at Chau Bella Salon – very nice place, friendly people. Then it was time to go to Bastyr University Chapel where ceremony had to take place. Oh, My Lord, what a gorgeous place to get married! I’m not going to describe it in details, but the work, the pillars, the stained glass are beyond beautiful. The whole chapel is an artwork!
The reception started pretty quiet, but the fun part started when most people left – bride & groom, parents, wedding party and siblings started to dance! Fun! The highlight of the dance floor, of course, were Aaron & Tracy! Enough words.
A beautiful record of a beautiful couple.
An AWESOME day for an AWESOME couple!
Aaron~~I so enjoyed getting to know your family! They are great folks!
Tracy~~thanks for inviting me to share in your special time. The hotel venue was perfect and so much more intimate and inviting than most weddings.
When folks asked what the wedding was like, I said it was “sophisticated but simple elegance”. So classy, just like you are, Mrs. Tracy!
