One of the Sundays I had a privilege to photograph this beautiful couple, Taras and Lena. It was like a breath of fresh air – stunning, classic and chic, and incredibly sweet. Two months before I photographed their Engagement session and couldn’t wait until their Big Day! After such a beautiful engagement session, I had no doubt their wedding would be timeless and gorgeous day as well. Lena was a vision in her princess gown and had us all enthralled. Their celebration took place at one of the beautiful places of Seattle’s waterfront: Edgewater Hotel.

It was the lovely June day, surrounded by so many wonderful people who came to celebrate their sweet love.  I’m so thankful I was able to be a part of these memories.

It is so powerful to watch two people, hand in hand, gazing into each other’s eyes and pledging their lives to each other. From that day forth, they are not two people but one. It’s such a sacred moment. The beauty of marriage isn’t love, although that part is wonderful. It’s the choosing day after day after day that marriage is worth it and that the vows they made that day are worth keeping. From this day forth…
