Yesterday, I photographed a Graduation Event of my friend’s son, Daniel. Honestly, it was very grand and extremely emotional for the graduates and their parents and friends. Here are just few photos from that night:
My first glam/contemporary portrait session. After watching Sue Bryce’s 3 day workshop here in Seattle, I got really inspired and asked my friend to pose for me. I was learning techniques of natural lighting and posing as Sue taught. I loved the results (of course not all of them, but most!)
Had a great time photographing a family in Bellevue. Very interesting people.. you don’t meet this kind of people everyday, and I really mean it. They are super knowledgeable, super fun to interact with and to learn from. Hopefully, they liked me in return. 🙂
The dad and mom are the teachers; very very smart people! The Mom has a remarkable & unbeatable sense of humor 🙂 Loved that day!
April was the month when I officially started photographing for living. Not that I didn’t have a job, but this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I loved photographing for all my life, but really started thinking about it {as my career} at the end of 2011.
Here are few photos from the engagement photo shoot that took place at Green Lake Park, WA
